Moving towards a new organisation of time implies a cultural changes at all levels, individual, community and social. That is why, within the framework of the Time Pact, it is considered essential to disseminate the benefits, initiatives and proposals that exist around time policies, in order to reinforce the cultural change that is sought towards a healthier, more egalitarian, efficient and sustainable society.

“Barcelona a l’hora” is an initiative of Barcelona City Council’s Time Pact, and was created with the aim of consolidating time as a citizens’ right, reaffirming it as one of the issues on the public and local political agenda in Barcelona.

This bulletin, which will be published quarterly, is aimed both at citizens and at the city’s various social, economic and political agents who wish to access up-to-date, innovative, exclusive and relevant information on the various events, projects and time policies promoted in the city of Barcelona.

The newsletter will include the main news related to weather policies, an interview with key people, and an agenda of events, in order to be always up to date.

The news, in brief written format, will include the most interesting and noteworthy events that have taken place in the city to improve the use of time, as well as projects, studies and other information, both Catalan and international, that may be of interest.

The interviews will include witnesses from leading figures in the field, both nationally and internationally, as well as the experiences of organisations and companies that are members of the Pact for Time.

The agenda of events will include all the events promoted by the Pact of Time and Barcelona City Council, as well as those events that are related to the different strategic core idea of the Pact of Time and which, therefore, promote a healthier, more egalitarian, efficient and sustainable organisation of time.
