Children and public areas
Within this idea of a fun city, children occupy the road and reclaim it as their own space. The games and the festival allow the city and its use is to be rewritten from a child’s perspective, which is more than improvised play: a collective celebration in which they are the main characters. No matter how often urban planning forgets about them, the festival allows them to occupy the city and reinvent it.
