Professionals needing advice on fire prevention and the drafting of emergency plans can get in touch with the Barcelona Fire Service.
In addition to the public phone number (932 915 301, from 10 am to 1 pm), the new working conditions resulting from Covid-19 have meant two email addresses have been set up to ensure service.

Professionals drafting projects have access to technical staff who can resolve any doubts on interpreting the current regulations for fire prevention.

Advice on emergency plans
Advice on drafting emergency plans is one of the activities aimed at promoting the concepts of self-protection in situations of risk.
Technical staff from the Civil Protection and Prevention Division can help people with the task of drafting, promoting, implementing and maintaining emergency plans, backed up by their experience of having actively participated in the implementation of over 200 plans of this type.
