Disruptions to mobility for the mass bike ride on Saturday

Safety and prevention. The bike ride is on Saturday, 9 November, at 10.30 am.

The bike ride covers an urban route of 15.16 kilometres, the goal being to promote cycling as a means of getting around. Traffic restrictions will apply on all roads on the route during the event, roughly from 10.30 am to 12.45 pm.

The route is as follows:

Carrer A (in the direction of the Besòs), entrance Porta 29 (port), Rda. Port (port), roundabout (following direction of traffic, port), Mare de Déu de Port, Pg. Can Tunis (port), entrance Porta 27 (port), Pg. Can Tunis (port), El Port FGC station (port), Porta 25 (port), Rda. Port (port), terminal F 3 BCN (port), Rda. Port (port), Moll de Ponent (port), Moll de Sant Beltran (port), Transmed GLE (port), Pl. Drassanes (in the direction of the Besòs), Rda. Port (port), Pas de Sota Muralla (side nearest the sea, in the direction of the Besòs), Pl. Pau Vila (side nearest the sea, in the direction of the Besòs), Pas de Sota Muralla, Doctor Aiguader (in the direction of the Besòs), Av. Litoral (in the direction of the Besòs), Av. Camp de la Bota (in the direction of the Besòs) (Sant Adrià de Besòs).

The different sections will gradually be opened up once cyclists have gone past.

In addition, exit 25 on the Ronda Litoral (in the direction of the Besòs) will be closed until the cyclists have gone past.

Similarly, vehicles parked in the following locations my not be moved between 10.15 am and 1.15 pm on Saturday:

  • Mare de Déu de Port, from Galtes to Pg. Can Tunis (both sides).
  • Can Tunis, from Mare de Déu de Port to Porta del port.
  • Doctor Aiguader (side nearest the sea), from Carbonell to Ramon Trias Fargas.
  • Av. Litoral (side nearest the sea), from Ramon Trias Fargas to Jonquera.
  • Passeig Marítim de la Nova Icària (both sides).
  • Passeig Marítim del Bogatell (both sides).
  • Jonquera, from Pg. Garcia Fària to Av. Litoral.
  • Av. Litoral (side nearest the sea), from Josep Pla to Neus Bouza Gil (coach station).

Vehicles that remain parked in these locations, despite signage and the measures adopted, will be cordoned off.
