21/01/2021 - 16:18 h

Safety and prevention. Face-to-face support is only available with an appointment, which must be requested through a specific municipal procedure.

As from 26 January, anybody wishing to carry out a procedure at the City Police Information and Procedures Office will need an appointment to do so.

Personalised support will only be available with an appointment, which must be requested via a specific procedure with Barcelona City Council.

Users should bear in mind that most municipal procedures can be conducted telematically using Barcelona City Council’s Virtual Procedures Office. In addition, the freephone 010 service and the number 931 537 010 (from outside the Barcelona municipal area) can help resolve procedures directly or supply the information and instructions needed to do so online.

If a procedure cannot be resolved by internet or by phone, these same phone services will provide the specialised support channel for the information and procedure required.

What procedures can face-to-face support be requested for?

  • Accident reports (basic details and technical accident reports)
Reporting crime or infringements (recordings, visualisation of images etc.)
    Category four arms licences
Procedures for vehicles (sealing off, legal custody and release for destruction)
    Confiscations
Various applications (although the main channel for submitting applications is online)
