Mobility. The Literary Superblock is reserved exclusively for pedestrians. Because of this, people are advised to get around on foot or by metro on Sant Jordi’s Day.

Local people will have the chance to take a stroll around the Literary Superblock on 23 April, with the area between Gran Via and Diagonal and between Balmes and Pau Claris again free of cars and set aside for stalls selling books and roses. This year’s superblock also reaches Ciutat Vella via La Rambla, and Gràcia, via Gran de Gràcia.

During Sant Jordi’s Day, vehicles will be allowed to circulate in the perimetral streets of the Literary Superblock and also along the streets of Aragó and València.
