The drill will take place from the night of Thursday, October 26, to the morning of Friday, the 27h, between 23 pm and 4 am, with disruptions to mobility in various streets around the station.
The drill is a large-scale operation, involving some 500 people from the different emergency and security bodies. The City Police and the Barcelona Urgent Care and Social Emergencies Centre (CUESB) will be actively involved, with the Barcelona Fire Service acting as observers.
The aim of the drill, which will be held in the foyer and on the platforms for high-speed trains, will put into practice technological means and police procedures. Services will go to the zone for ambulances, police and emergency vehicles. Some noise from the drill may be heard outside the station.
