The City Police and the Barcelona Fire Service will be taking part in a safety workshop in Plaça Roja in the neighbourhood of Ciutat Meridiana on Sunday 24 July. The goal is to introduce young children to the different emergency services.
The session is being held from 5 pm to 8 pm and forms part of the activities to conclude the neighbourhood festival in Ciutat Meridiana. Young children will be able to climb on board vehicles used by the City Police and the Barcelona Fire Service and discover the daily routines of these professionals.
Children will also be given tips on fire prevention and road safety, through different activities offered by the Safety Education Service (SES).
