City agreement to promote mental health at work
The City Agreement to Promote Mental Health at Work is a joint strategy between institutions, companies ,and social entities in the city to prevent mental health problems and promote mental health in the workplace.
Principles of the Agreement:
- To influence the improvement of working conditions.
- To make the city's mental health resources available to workers.
Promote training in emotional wellbeing. - Facilitate training on coping resources and mechanisms for addressing mental health problems.
- Promote the integration of people with mental disorders into the workplace.
- Minimise exposure to psychosocial risk factors at work.
- Promote the implementation of specific programmes for the prevention of mental disorders.
- Combat mobbing at work and occupational violence from external sources.
- Introduce tools for the early detection of mental health problems.
- Prioritise coordination between the company's occupational risk prevention service and the mental health network.
Time impacts:
- Promotion of healthy use of time.
- Facilitation of work-life balance.
- Reduction of unwanted loneliness and/or strengthening of social support networks.
