Our commitments
Users have a right to:
- Free and open access to the reference rooms under the established conditions and at the set times, having first booked a time when that is required.
- Receive the basic information needed for using the services on offer.
- Consult and reproduce archive documents, in accordance with current legislation.
- Enjoy the necessary conditions of safety, hygiene and comfort for consulting the documents.
- Use the resources that the archive centres put at their disposal.
- Make complaints and suggestions and get a reply within the time set.
- Report, as soon as possible, any incident detected.
