Description method
The Description Method Open in a new window is the tool which makes it possible to standardise the description of all the documents that make up the Barcelona City Council archives system.
It is a single, uniform, descriptive structure for all the fonds, all kinds of documents and any possible level of description.
It also includes the Indexing Manual for Geographical and Other Names in the AIDA system Open in a new window.
