An information session on fire prevention in the mountain neighbourhood is being organised on Wednesday, 1 June, at 6 pm. The talk on prevention can be followed online and via the website for the District of Sarrià - Sant Gervasi.
The rise in temperatures and the arrival of the summer mean prevention tasks are being stepped up in public spaces, particularly where risks are greatest, such as the Collserola Natural Park. Historically, the risk of forest fires has been one of the main concerns among residents living in the neighbourhood of Vallvidrera, el Tibidabo i les Planes, in the district of Sarrià – Sant Gervasi.
This is the context for the information session on preventing forest fires, to be given by the Barcelona Fire Service at the Centre Cívic L’Elèctric on Wednesday, 1 June, at 6 pm.
The session can be followed online on the City Council’s YouTube channel, and on the website for the District of Sarrià – Sant Gervasi.
The Barcelona Fire Service reminds people never to tackle a fire, as this is the job of the corps which are trained to do so. Remember that in an emergency the number to call is 112.
Organised by: Barcelona Fire Service and the District of Sarrià – Sant Gervasi.
