When it comes to accessing full citizenship, there can be no discrimination on the grounds of different administrative statuses, so the goal will focus on the city's immigrant and foreign population and on rights such as political participation, the right to nationality and streamlined registration with the citizens’ register will be just a few of the priorities. We shall be concentrating our efforts on the young population with different cultural origins and coordinating, by area, with the Municipal Immigration Council and the Immigrant Care and Accommodation Department.
