The goal of this ideas competition is to generate design proposals for the third route called the “Popular memory route for Sant Andreu de Palomar.” The overall goal is to create a permanent artistic installation around on a set of five party walls in Carrer Gran de Sant Andreu. The best design idea for this artistic installation, which will be located on the party walls at the following buildings, will be awarded:

- Carrer Gran de Sant Andreu, 167

- Carrer Gran de Sant Andreu, 176

- Carrer Gran de Sant Andreu, 188

- Carrer Gran de Sant Andreu, 254

- Carrer Gran de Sant Andreu, 278

The competition is mainly aimed at adult students, design and architecture professionals, and artists working individually or in teams, accompanied by people in the sphere of history, culture and art. Projects may be submitted individually or collectively. Those interested can submit projects individually or as legal persons.

Submission of proposals: the deadline will be 35 working days starting from the day after the publication of the call.

Project submission will be exclusively online, via the electronic register of Barcelona City Council: https://seuelectronica.ajuntament.barcelona.cat/ca/registre-electronic in the section: “Access to the general online form.”

Although participants must provide personal data when submitting their proposals, this information will be kept confidential from the panel in order to maintain the anonymity of the competition.
