Barcelona City Council offers face-to-face, telephone and online communication channels to carry out consultations, report incidents and lodge complaints, perform municipal procedures and receive information about the city.

In addition to the 010 telephone helpline, which provides information, enables you to complete administrative procedures, submit suggestions, and lodge complaints, the City Council also provides a Civic Centre line,  112 as an emergency telephone number and the "The City Council calls you" service.

    The 010 telephone helpline manages and supports a large part of Barcelona City Council’s procedures portfolio. It deals with citizens’ enquiries and complaints regarding the different public services and provides information about facilities and events scheduled to take place in the city.
