Barcelona City Council, via the Advisory Council on Health and Safety at Work, is launching the Ignasi Fina Award for Health and Safety at Work to promote and recognise good practices and preventative initiatives in companies and/or institutions and improve people’s health in regard to their working conditions.

The goal of the award is to contribute to knowledge and highlight the best risk-prevention and health-promotion experiences within a company or occupational activity. 

The total amount is €10,000, made up of €6,000 for the candidacy receiving the Ignasi Fina Award and €2,000 for each of the two special mentions: one for incorporating the gender perspective in health and safety at work and one for SMEs.
