Barcelona City Council

The goals of this call are to provide economic support for traders to meet the everyday costs of their facilities, and to drive other measures to add vitality to commerce, helping the market become stronger as an essential social driver for neighbourhoods from the perspective of commerce and economic activity.

As regards home-delivery services, the subsidy is solely reserved for markets that start home-delivery services with labour insertion companies during this financial year.

The forms for applying and detailing general overheads can be downloaded from the Barcelona Municipal Institute of Markets website.

Applications should be addressed to the Barcelona Municipal Institute of Markets, and presented in electronic format only via the Barcelona City Council e-headquarters. The process starts by clicking on "generic application (start the online procedure)" and you must have an electronic certificate.

Application submission and period: from 12 June to 10 July 2024 (both dates inclusive)
