Posar els pebrots al forn a 200ºC, durant 45' fins que estiguin ben fets.
Pelar, treure les llavors i tallar en porcions petites.
Tallar els pebrots a tires
En una paella amb oli d'oliva posem la ceba picada fins que estigui dauradeta i hi afegirem l'all laminat, incorporem els pebrots i les branques de farigola.
Ho deixem saltejar 2-3' i després deixarem que es refredi per posteriorment servir.
