Browsing instructions:

The network NUST reflects on the hour Reform

On 27 April 2017, the Network has organized NUST, for companies that are part of the Workshop on Reforma time when, at first, Xavier Peralta explained the current situation of the Reformation hour and, the second part, participants with the support of the Inventory Reform hour, have reflected on their own practices and organizational tools of the time.

Inventory Reform hour is a self-assessment tool of the ten key dimensions for the implementation of the reform time within companies and organizations: 1 / management by values ​​and goals, 2 / recognition, 3 / training 4 / flexible hours, 5 / spaces of participation and decision 6 / communication channels, 7 / environmental impact 8 / time Plan 9/10 social responsibility and / implementing the reform hours.

The 19 participants in the workshop were to provide best practices and reflections that can read a summary of the workshop. The network nust continue working on the development of practices that respect personal time workers by the working group set up recently in the core group of the network.

Xavier Peralta tells Network NUST the current state of the Reformation early, ready to be signed the National Pact for the Reform hour workshop with 19 participants in a motor group network which has discussed tools and specific practices to make it possible.
