The NUST Network Motor Group takes stock of 2023 and finalizes the work plan for 2024
The NUST Network’s Motor Group met to take stock of the network’s activity in 2023, reviewing the most outstanding actions of the backbones:
- The Impact Program
- The Workshops Program and other learning frameworks
- The Mentoring Program
The main challenges that we face in the Work Plan 2024 and that make up the Network's mission are focused on improving the influence and projection capacity to motivate more companies and organizations to implement changes in the organization of time and the way of working. One of the main tools we want to continue working on is the Linkedin platform as a space for communication and interaction.
New Workshop proposals have also been valued and the sectorization of work sessions focused on different work areas is foreseen, as well as continuing to offer training sessions on the new ways of working and the benefits that these changes bring (the “why”).
The course is resumed with strength and enthusiasm to launch the projects planned for the year 2024.
