In the picture, you can see how some workers are getting ready to raise the Christopher Columbus statue with pulleys to the top of the monument dedicated to him. To the right, there is an iron structure with ladders acting as a support for the general construction of the monument, while in the foreground, there is a worker with a portable ladder.
