The subsidy calls for work to protect and improve heritage and landscapes are open until 15 November 2023. The annual calls have a total budget of up to 3.2 million euros between them.

The subsidy calls have been published and the conditions can be found here. The subsidies will be awarded between this year and 2025: up to 1.7 million euros for work of heritage and commercial interest, and up to 1.5 million for party walls, green rooftops and greening projects.

Work of heritage and commercial interest

These subsidies are intended to foster the conservation and improvement of privately owned buildings or properties of historical interest. The call is particularly intended to help iconic commercial establishments.

Party walls, green rooftops and greening projects

The subsidy programme is for party walls visible from public space and collective spaces, the goal for them to become new façades. It also covers the construction of new green rooftops, the renovation of existing ones and cultivation areas on rooftops.
