A single prize is awarded for the best collection of poems in Catalan.

 This prize is worth 9,000 euros (before tax) and the work will then be published under the Cadup seal with the Godall Edicions publishing house. A contract will be signed with the author, setting out the intellectual property rights. 

To be eligible for the prize, entries must be original, unpublished, written by living poets, of a similar length to that of a conventional poetry book and all by the same author. 

Only one collection of poems per author may be submitted. 

If any of the poems in the collection have already been published, the author must state which ones, and where. However, the number of poems published may under no circumstances exceed ten per cent of the total number included in the work. Six copies of the work must be sent to the Oficina Ciutadana de la Cultura at the Palau de la Virreina (La Rambla, 99, 08002 Barcelona) or delivered directly to that same address, Monday to Sunday, from 10.15 am to 8.15 pm. 

The application period is from 14 to 31 January 2025, at 8 .15 pm.
