The purpose of the call for applications is the award of grants on a competitive basis to carry out activities that facilitate the inclusion of children in volunteer-led educational leisure activities in 2025. 

The aim of this call for applications is to help children and adolescents participate in educational leisure activities carried out by volunteer-based organisations, ensuring that their families’ financial circumstances do not prevent them from enjoying such activities at weekends and during school holidays.

The above-mentioned grants are available to legal entities or groups of legal entities that meet the requirements established in the terms and conditions and the call for applications.

In accordance with Article 14 of Act 39/2015 of 1 October, on the common administrative procedure of public authorities, with regard to the right and obligation to interact electronically with public authorities, grant applications may only be submitted electronically.

The application must be completed and submitted via the City Council’s e-office (https://seuelectronica.ajuntament.barcelona.cat/oficinavirtual/), following the instructions and using the form indicated on this procedures portal. Applications that are not submitted via Barcelona City Council’s procedures portal will not be accepted.

The application submission deadline will be 15 working days starting the day after the announcement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Barcelona (BOPB).
