Barcelona City Council

The 2022 Crea Feina Plus Barcelona programme represents a new Barcelona City Council initiative to boost job creation in the city, with the general aim of promoting the recruitment of 330 people who are currently unemployed. Other specific goals include revitalising the labour market by supporting companies with the capacity to create jobs, promoting the growth of beneficiary companies, and facilitating entry to the labour market for the unemployed, especially people who fall within groups that have particular difficulties finding work, such as young people, women, and the over-45s, as well as those in groups at risk of social exclusion. This measure will help create better job opportunities for people arriving from Ukraine as a result of the humanitarian crisis caused by the Russian invasion.

The period for submitting applications and documents will run from 2 June to 25 November 2022 inclusive.
