Claims and enquiries will continue to be preferably dealt with online. For those inquiries or complaints that require face-to-face attention, you must make an appointment in advance on the municipal procedures portal, by calling 010, or at the Municipal Procedures Kiosk.

The current consumer protection legislation is characterised by the diversity of its provisions. However, we would highlight the Catalan Consumer Agency list of the main basic rules on consumption, which you can view here.

Its legislation search engine, which includes a comprehensive database where you can find the applicable consumer legislation needed at any given time, is also worth noting.
