The OMIC continues to provide its services to the public electronically and through the 010 phone service. Claims and enquiries will continue to be dealt with online. Queries requiring face-to-face assistance will be dealt with Monday to Friday, from 10 am to 1 pm, with prior appointment.

Prior appointment

If the reason for requesting an appointment is to make a claim, please note that you can do this online using the claim form. You can also send us your enquiry using the enquiry form on the website or by calling the 010 helpline.

The OMIC only handles consumer issues. It does not carry out procedures for registering with the municipal register of residents or any procedures relating to taxes, fines, licences, grants, scholarships, subsidies, medical matters, car inspections and social services. If you need to request proof of residence please use the virtual office.

For any other non-consumer-related enquiries, you can also contact the Citizen Help and Information Offices (OAC), call the 010 helpline or go to the Barcelona City Council website.

The dates that are no longer available are marked in red.
