For those inquiries or complaints that require face-to-face attention, you must make an appointment in advance on the municipal procedures portal ajuntament.barcelona.cat/cita/omic, by calling 010, or at the Municipal Procedures Kiosk.
Personal data
Not a single day goes by without being asked to provide personal data for one reason or another. Sometimes it is inevitable, such as when signing up for a service or making an online purchase. However, it is often not necessary to provide this information. We therefore recommended that you are very careful about who you give this personal data to (whether it is your name, address, email address, phone number, etc.) and make sure you know what it will be used for in order to make sure you are not taking any risks with your privacy.
And remember that:
- Your express and unambiguous consent to the processing of your data is required (pre-checked boxes and tacit consent are not valid).
- If you want to exercise your rights of access, rectification or erasure or the rights to be forgotten, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, you must contact the controller.
