The OMIC continues to provide its services to the public electronically and through the 010 phone service. Claims and enquiries will continue to be preferably dealt with online. For those inquiries or complaints that require face-to-face attention, you must make an appointment in advance on the municipal procedures portal ajuntament.barcelona.cat/cita/omic, by calling 010, or at the Municipal Procedures Kiosk.

Sales

These are special sale offers in which the product is offered or the service provided under more advantageous conditions than usual. However, you should remember that products sold in the sales must be of the same quality and have the same warranty as those sold at full price, and they must also be free from defects. Furthermore, the original price must always be shown next to the reduced price or percentage reduction.

Sales are voluntary, and establishments are not required to hold them. Each establishment can choose how long to offer these discounts for.
