The Arxiu Municipal de Barcelona Strategic Plan for 2020-2023, led by the Archives Executive Management, is the result of a participatory process that ensures coordinated working processes and decisions are taken with the maximum involvement of professionals at different levels of the organisation.

It is constantly revised and adapted to the needs and processes of change to ensure it is a dynamic and useful management tool.
