You can go directly to an archive center, or to the Direction of the Municipal Archive System, using the form below and indicate your contact details and a brief explanation of the type of documentation you wish to provide.
The Direction of the Municipal Archives System will assess the importance of the documentation, taking into account its historical interest, its state of conservation and its nature, and will determine the possible incorporation of the documentation into the corresponding archive.
Once the donation has been accepted, it will be documented and the agreement of the corresponding municipal body will be required.
