Improving employability
To promote access to training, economic and employment rights, the ABITS Agency supports several comprehensive care programmes for improving the training and employability of women who perform or have performed sex work.
There are a number of programmes and projects adapted to the demands and needs of each woman:
- Projects to improve social and employment skills, which focus on learning basic skills.
- Projects to improve technical skills.
The methodology includes workshops, groups and personal tutorials, to support the women through the process of training, improving their skills and moving back into employment, based on the women's own decisions.
