Urban management: planning development

Planning execution is the set of procedures included in planning legislation which are aimed at transforming land use and especially the housing development of these areas according to urban planning. The final stage of the urban planning process is the resulting building construction in lots for private use or public facilities, development of new roads, parks or public spaces and implementation of the necessary facilities.

Planning execution is carried out by land division and expropriation systems, which are generally determined by urban planning.
