Projects or initiatives with the following purposes are eligible:

  • Implement specific projects to promote leadership and empowerment of women in various economic and social sectors and encourage best practices and visibility of new female role models.
  • Promote initiatives to mitigate the effects of vertical segregation that impact women’s lives, such as the gender pay and pension gaps, feminisation of poverty, loss of opportunities and female talent, and psychosocial, physical, psychological, and emotional risks.
  • Drive training, guidance, and self-organisation initiatives for women to increase opportunities for access to decision-making positions, empowerment, and leadership within organisations.

  • They must be written in inclusive and non-sexist language. The presentation of the project must include a commitment that, if the project is receives the award, all images and language used will be inclusive and non-sexist.
