Discover the video for the Grand Départ of the Tour de France 2026
The Tour de France 2026 is already gearing up with the launch of the official video for the Grand Départ, a production that presents Barcelona and Catalonia as great protagonists in the historical start of the event.
Created wholly by audiovisual professionals from Barcelona, , the video pays homage to the history and passion of cycling and shows some of the most iconic spaces of Catalonia, such as Montjuïc, the Barcelona coast and the landscapes of the Pyrenees.
The Grand Départ is on 4 July 2026, with a timed team race of 19.7 km between the Parc del Fòrum and Montjuïc.
The second stage links Tarragona and Barcelona, and the third stage sets off from Granollers in the direction of France.
