The B100 Nose Race closes the sporting year in Barcelona with more than 13,000 participants
The B100 Nose Race will be held on 31 December in Barcelona with more than 13,000 participants for the 10 km and an international 5 km race for professional athletes.
Barcelona will once again bid farewell to the sporting year with the B100 Nose Race, a traditional event in the city’s sporting calendar that will be held, as usual, on 31 December. The race combines sport and celebration and has become one of the country’s most iconic fun runs.
This year, the event comes with a notable new feature: the extension to more than 13,000 bib numbers available for the classic 10-kilometre race, which reinforces its multitudinous and participatory nature.
The race will have a staggered start, with the first group setting off at 5:15 p.m. Both the start and finish will be located on Carrer de Selva de Mar, near Plaça de Ramon Calsina.
As in previous editions, the international 5 km race will also be held, reserved for professional athletes. This event is part of the international calendar of the RFEA and World Athletics, making Barcelona one of the top settings for the close of the athletic year.
