The Volta a Catalunya 2025 brings together the top teams in world cycling

The 104th Volta Ciclista a Catalunya is being held from 24 to 30 March 2025 and features 24 teams, consolidating it as one of the most outstanding events on the UCI WorldTour.
The tour brings together 168 cyclists from the world’s top teams for seven stages around iconic roads in Catalonia, from Sant Feliu de Guíxols to Barcelona.
The 18 UCI WorldTeams taking part in this edition include the likes of Team Visma | Lease a Bike, with the double Tour de France winner Jonas Vingegaard and winner of La Vuelta Sepp Kuss, and Red Bull-Bora-Hansgrohe, with the returning champion Primož Roglič. Other teams include the UAE Team Emirates, Ineos Grenadiers, the Movistar Team and Soudal Quick-Step.
In addition, two UCI ProTeams assured by the UCI ranking, Israel-Premier Tech and Belgium’s Lotto, will be joining the competition along with the guest teams of Burgos Burpellet BH, Caja Rural-Seguros RGA, Equipo Kern Pharma and Euskaltel-Euskadi, taking part for the fourth year running.
As one of the oldest tours in the world after the Tour de France and the Giro d’Italia, the Volta a Catalunya continues to be a benchmark event for cycling enthusiasts, standing out for its organisation, varied routes and high competitive level.
