IRIS on your mobile

Reference framework

A request from the Manager's Office for Ecology, Urban Planning and Mobility and from the Department of Citizen Assistance and Information to develop a mobile app that enables incidents to be opened and managed on IRIS (Incidents, Claims, Complaints and Suggestions) through corporate and non-corporate mobile devices.

Description

An incident-registration and management system focused on municipal operators who require a large amount of mobility for their activity. Up until now, the activities that involved detecting or resolving incidents by this group were communicated through non-IT channels (telephone, end-of-day reports etc.) The new IRIS system will enable field teams to detect, communicate and manage online incidents from their mobile remote-access terminals at any time.

Promoter

Manager's Office for 2030 Agenda, Digital Transition, Sports and Territoria an Metropolitan Coordination. Department of Citizen help and information.
