Online workshop "Teleworking in times of Covid-19 and beyond"
What was your approach to teleworking before Covid-19? How has teleworking been managed during confinement? What are the learnings and aspects that you would not repeat for the future of teleworking in your organization?
The virtual workshop was attended by 3 companies that are part of the NUST Network Mentoring Program in Work Time Organization. Two companies with a history of teleworking (Fundació Joia and Aigües de Barcelona, both mentors of the program) and a company (AQU Catalunya, a mentoring company) that was planning to launch a pilot test before the health crisis presented their experiences.
Beatriz Castillo, Head of Communication and CSR at the Joya Foundation, presented the experience of promoting telework in the entity that works mostly in a healthcare setting.
Montserrat Pigem, Head of Training and Development of Aigües de Barcelona, detailed the process of implementing telework in Aigües de Barcelona.
Carmen Pérez, Head of the Administration Area of AQU Catalonia, presented her experience as a company that was preparing a pilot telework test that was accelerated due to confinement.
