Ask, talk, listen to the women close to you, because they could form part of these figures without you having realised.

In 2023, Barcelona marked the International Day for Elimination of Violence Against Women by highlighting the fight against this problem from close up, with all of us taking care over what is going on among those close to us.

The figures are startling but we want to reaffirm the strength of being there for people we know and who might need to explain what's happening to them so they are not just another statistic.
