The violence-prevention support programme works to help you with:

  • Identifying and recognising violent behaviour and attitudes.
  • Assuming responsibility for violent acts and their consequences.
  • Getting to know the gender-violence process.
  • Looking for non-violent alternatives in relationships.

Plural's professional staff offer you spaces for individual counselling, group therapy and legal advice .

Plural’s support programme works with young people and teenagers who start to display abusive behaviour and gender violence - whether with their partners or families or in social contexts, such as bullying at school or sexual harassment - to prevent such forms of behaviour from becoming chronic.

This support is intended to encourage teenagers and young people to take a critical look at their own masculinity and build healthier, more respectful and more egalitarian alternatives.
