Women's support and information points (PIAD) offer participation in personal-growth groups aimed at all women who are motivated to explore their self-knowledge and who wish to enjoy their own space for sharing with other women.

These groups are run by the specialist and psychologist of each PIAD. The group's work is based on the participation of the women make up the group, and it uses their experiences and needs as a starting point. Reference materials are provided (texts, documents, audiovisual material, etc.) in order to foster the exchange of experiences.

Each group meets for 12 weekly, two-hour sessions.

The PIAD also regularly organise free workshops on various subjects, including self-esteem, self-defence, dance and laughter therapy. You can find out about the content of each workshop at the end of this page.

Laughing helps us to relax, to forget about our problems for a while, to reduce fear, to ease undesired worries and anxiety, and to be more tolerant.

This workshop efficiently combines expressive corporal resources, games and dances as a means of liberating sincere laughter, easing tension and enjoying contact with other people.

A practice that, in just a few minutes, awakens our ability to feel, to express ourselves, to connect with the now, to flow, to create, to let ourselves go and be free.
