Workshop seeking to identify and strengthen the skills, abilities and talents of women to exercise self-leadership, leadership in the workplace and community leadership as a means of individual and social transformation.
Through the creation of a space for reflection and addressing the various situations of violence, using the Theatre of the Oppressed methodology. In this way we promote emotional management skills, conflict resolution, decision-making and empowerment. The collectivisation of the problem leads us to seek alternatives to hard-to-solve situations.
This is an experiential workshop on empowerment, improving self-esteem, managing emotions, learning to set limits and achieve your strength through expressive body movement, psychological techniques, visualisations, relaxation techniques, art therapy and personal awareness.
Workshop in which the lived experience provides us with self-knowledge and empowerment in order to achieve self-care and the care of others with respect, dignity and love. Through art, body memory and the exchange of experiences, we will rethink ourselves as references for collective nurturing and community care, favouring the prevention of gender violence.
This workshop offers a space for self-knowledge and rediscovering our self-esteem, for exploring the social conditioning factors that we face as women, for expressing our voices and desires and discovering and deploying our personal power. This will be achieved through creative writing and other tools that enable us to connect with and give full attention to our bodies and emotions.
