Sant Jordi’s Day [St George’s Day], the day on which Catalonia celebrates its patron saint, is one of Barcelona’s most beautiful and important festivals of the year. This year, in spite of the pandemic, we still wanted to fill this special day with love and culture as represented by the traditional book and rose.
