The registration for the Barcelona Award to the Innovative Company in Organization and Time Use, now opened
The crisis generated by Covid-19 has implied a disruption without precedents in the organization and worktime all around the world. In such context a reassessment of new models, challenges and opportunities has framed actions, debates and innovations within the organizations, companies and social platforms from all sizes and sectors. Last days to fill the application for the award! Till November 2nd the companies can submit their innovations.
This 10th edition is placed after a year and a half shaped by the pandemic in which the efforts of the companies have speed up to allow workers to manage their time and at the same time improve business’ time organization. It is in such renewed importance that Barcelona want to acknowledge, spread and promote the new ways of managing time aimed at a better familiar, work and personal life.
Till November 2nd the Barcelona Award to the Innovative Company in Organization and Time Use welcomes the candidacies from all the companies, organizations and social projects that have programs or good policies at related to gender co-responsibility, balance between personal and professional life, teleworking and organizational change, right to digital disconnection, time compression, lengthening of maternity and paternity leave, reduction of working time with equal pay, healthy hours and meals, diversity management and other results of an egalitarian management of time.

The jury formed by experts and representatives of the relevant economic, business, commerce, unions and academic fields of the city, will reward companies based on their category:
- MICRO, Companies with less than 10 workers.
- SMALL, Companies from 10 workers and up to 50.
- MEDIUM, Companies with more than 50 workers and up to 250.
- LARGE, Companies with more than 250 workers.
In addition, where appropriate there will be a special mention to a company from the NUST Network (New Social Uses of Time).
To participate you only have to fill the enrollment form and register it easily through the Procedures Portal.
