Appointments are required to access the service, to make one, call the freephone number 900 922 357, Monday to Thursday from 9 am to 7 pm, and Fridays from 9 am to 4 pm.
Outside these hours, the CUESB operates a 24-hour emergency service (Tel: 900 703 030, at C/ Llacuna, 25).
What are PIADs?
Women’s Support and Information Points (PIAD) are free and confidential public services provided by Barcelona City Council, which offer information, advice and guidance for women in various areas. They also offer free psychological care and legal advice. Further information
