General Metropolitan Plan Regulations
What is known as the PGM-76 corresponds to the General Metropolitan Urban Regulations Plan, approved by the Provincial Urban Planning Committee of Barcelona on 14 July 1976, the object of which is the urban planning regulation of the territory comprising the former Metropolitan Municipal Entity of Barcelona, including a total of 27 municipalities. The urban planning regulations in the plan, along with the modifications made in the regulatory field, were published by the Barcelona Metropolitan Area.
The metropolitan building ordinances have also been published, as approved on 15 June 1978, together with other ordinances at the metropolitan level.
