Find out more about the International City of Barcelona Trophies this September
Barcelona is all set for the 20th edition of the City of Barcelona International Trophy - 11th Miquel Poblet Memorial, which is to be held from 13 to 15 September at the Miquel Poblet Municipal Velodrome in Horta.
The event – the only international event on the Spanish calendar – will bring together elite cyclists from 18 different countries.
Among the notable participants are Olympic champion Yuri Leitão and Spaniard Sebastián Mora. In the women’s category, the Norwegian Anita-Yvonne Stenberg will be defending the omnium title she won last year, while in the sprint category, Clara Schneider and Rhian Edmunds will once again be the key rivals in an exciting duel.
The competition will start at 5 pm on Friday 13 September, running until Sunday 15 September, and offering three days of thrilling, high-level competition at the Barcelona velodrome.
