Plural’s Addressing Violence Programme is for people who live, work or study in the city of Barcelona and want to change and improve their personal relationships to avoid violence of any kind.

Service hours:
From Monday to Thursday, from 9 am to 2 pm and from 3 pm to 8 pm, and on Friday, from 9 am to 3 pm.

The Addressing Violence Programme aims to help you to:

  • Identify and recognise violent behaviour and attitudes.
  • Take responsibility for violent acts and their consequences.
  • Learn about the process of gender violence.
  • Look for non-violent alternatives in relationships.

Plural’s professional staff offers individual psychological care, group sessions and legal advice.

Plural’s prevention programme also works with young people and adolescents who are beginning to exhibit abusive behaviour and gender violence, whether with their partner, family or peers, such as bullying or sexual harassment, to nip it in the bud.

This support is intended to encourage adolescents and young people to take a critical look at their own masculinity and build healthier, more respectful and more egalitarian alternatives.
