OMIC website RSS

RSS is an acronym with different meanings, though the most widely accepted is Really Simple Syndication. It is an XML-based format, especially designed for spaces with news that changes frequently. The text in RSS contains the title of each new entry and the link to the website where it appears in full.

Advantages of RSS

RSS is an easy way to receive alerts when your favourite websites publish new information. So, instead of visiting a website to look for news and finding there is none, RSS feeds notify you automatically when there is any  new information. It also lets you group all the information sources you are interested in together, so you can consult them in a single computer screen. To ensure a correct visualization, it's necessary to install an extention or a RSS reader software in the browser.
